- Produk Belanja Online hanya dapat ditukar dengan produk yang sama, jika produk tidak tersedia atau kehabisan stok, kami akan membantu Anda mengganti produk dengan voucher belanja sebagai nilai produk.

SHIPPING
DOMESTIC DELIVERY INFORMATION
Orders will be packed and shipped 1-2 working days after payment confirmation. Weekend orders (Saturday and Sunday) will be checked and shipped on Monday. We use the JNT, SiCepat, JNE, Pos Indonesia, Tiki, Sentral Cargo, JNT Cargo, Lion Parcel, DHL, etc to deliver your package with an estimate of 1-2 working days.
Orders received after 15.00 will be processed on the next working day
Shipping costs are calculated based on distance, remote areas, and weight/dimensions of your package, shipping costs will be calculated automatically by the system during the check out process, a tracking code will be provided and shared with you via email after delivery.

Once your order arrives in your country, it will be forwarded to the internal postal service, according to standard shipping procedures.
Our carriers deliver during normal business hours and may require a signature on receipt, so we recommend that your order be sent to an address where someone can receive it.
If you are not inside when your package arrives, our carrier will rearrange delivery.
Please note that on national holidays in your country, delivery will not be made. In this case, please expect your order to arrive the next business day.
